During the talk I’ve dropped some book references:
- Engineering a Compiler, Second Edition: This is the proper replacement for the “Dragon Book”
- Oracle JRockit: The Definitive Guide: This is the most comprehensive piece about all JVM craziness you’ll ever find - and don’t be put off by the title, it’s way more JVM in general than JRockit-specific.
- The Elements of Computing Systems: Building a Modern Computer from First Principles: This is the NAND2Tetris book I’ve mentioned before. Eye opening reading.
Hope y’all enjoyed my talk!
